Pork Antitrust Litigation

If you purchased any Pork product directly from a Pork producer for use or delivery in the United States from January 1, 2009 through January 12, 2021 you may be eligible for a financial award from a class action settlement. A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of Direct Purchaser Plaintiffs with Defendants JBS USA Food Company, JBS USA Food Company Holdings, and Swift Pork Company. The settlement would resolve a lawsuit over whether JBS combined and conspired in restraint of trade to suppress competition and allow JBS and other Pork producers to charge supra-competitive pricing.
